About the Role
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on organisation, people management, and operational success. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery while contributing to broader business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing day-to-day operational and staffing functions
* Driving service standards aligned with premium hospitality environments
* Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Supporting business performance through operational efficiency and cost awareness
* Assisting with planning, rostering, and workforce coordination
* Monitoring service delivery and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
* Working across a rotating roster, including weekends during peak periods and events
About You
We are looking for a candidate who combines strong hotel experience with commercial awareness and leadership capability.
You will ideally have:
* A solid background in hotel operations or hospitality management
* Strong business understanding, including performance targets and operational outcomes
* Experience leading teams in fast-paced service environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Confidence working both strategically and hands-on when required
* A current police check or willingness to obtain one
