Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and assistance with our products.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for technology. They will also be required to stay up-to-date with new developments and technologies in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in an Advanced/Third-line Technical Support role
* Knowledge of data capture techniques related to finding, extracting and manipulating data on supplier invoices
* Knowledge of how a cloud based Electronic Document Management System is used when storing business documents and the terminology used when dealing with such systems
* Knowledge of how a cloud based Financial System is used for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Invoice Processing and the terminology used when dealing with such systems
* Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), with the skills to develop and compile small programs or scripts to help automate business tasks
* Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with delivering and supporting cloud and web service technologies (Azure and /or AWS)
* Experience with using Microsoft Open AI and Azure Document Intelligence
