**Bell Services Manager - Crown Metropol & Promenade Perth**

- As the Bell Services Manager you will be responsible for ensuring efficient running of the Bell Services department which encompasses Bell Desk, Driveway and Valet Parking. You will ensure the team provides a quality customer service experience through providing a warm welcome, smooth delivery of guest luggage, parking of guest cars and driveway management.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Experience in a busy customer service environment (five-star environment preferred)
- Experience in multi-tasking whilst remaining professional and calm in a high pressured environment
- Experience in guest complaints and strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication and time management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills and proven track record
- Unrestricted manual Drivers License
**Preferred Criteria**:
- Previous Hotel operational management experience
- Hotel Management or Business qualification
- Experience using OPERA (Hotel Property Management System)
