Meerilinga are seeking an experienced Executive Manager Services to join their Executive Leadership Team and oversee the programmes and services delivered through the Meerilinga Children and Community Services centres (MCCS).
Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Manager Services leads all children's education, parenting and community programmes delivered across MCCS centres. You will drive service performance, quality, compliance, and community impact, while providing strong leadership to staff and ensuring programmes reflect Meerilinga's values and child‑safe principles. The key responsibilities of this role are to:
* Provide strategic leadership and operational management for all MCCS programmes and services.
* Oversee the operations of community service coordinators and other team members to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
* Ensure child‑safe practices, proactive risk management and full compliance with legislation, regulations and organisational policies.
* Develop and implement strategies that meet organisational objectives and respond to community needs.
* Monitor, evaluate and report on programme performance to improve service delivery standards and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and identify opportunities for new initiatives.
* Oversee CCS enrolments, administration processes, marketing and service promotion.
* Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively and support financial sustainability.
The Successful Applicant
Meerilinga is seeking a commercially minded, strategic Executive Manager Services to drive organisational growth and impact. The successful candidate will also possess:
* Experience managing multiple centres/programmes and leading diverse teams within a relevant sector.
* Demonstrated continuous improvement and compliance capability.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals.
* Strong budget management and resource allocation skills.
* A commitment to creating meaningful and positive outcomes for communities.
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and sector frameworks.
