This is a high-impact role for an experienced Commercial Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance and control of commercial valuations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reviewing and delivering commercial valuations, optimising performance to meet quality and service goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for actively managing and upholding commercial valuation quality at all times, ensuring we exceed client expectations and achieve operational and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing core commercial valuation reports as part of quality assurance, to limit business risk and increase customer satisfaction.
* Identifying areas within the valuation business where quality control and compliance measures are required to improve quality.
* Creating and maintaining strong relationships with valuers, clients, suppliers and colleagues.
* Providing constructive feedback to valuers daily in relation to quality control and compliance measures.
We are seeking an individual with excellent attention to detail, ability to thrive as a team and independently, and strong commitment to customer service.
Requirements:
* Associate (CPV Status) of the Australian Property Institute (or similar).
* At least 6 years of experience as a Commercial Property Valuer.
* Interest in mentoring and supporting a high performing, committed team.
* Knowledge of typical valuation methods for commercial property including sales comparison on a lettable area basis and capitalisation of income.
