Senior Psychologist - A Key Role in Student Wellbeing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional supervision, mentorship, and guidance to psychologists while collaborating closely with school communities, families, and key stakeholders to develop holistic and effective strategies.
This role is about leading with innovation, fostering a positive team culture, and embedding cultural responsiveness into student wellbeing initiatives. You will contribute to recruitment, retention, and professional development, ensuring our team upholds the highest standards of service delivery while continually growing in cultural competence.
About the Role:
The successful applicant will have current and full registration (general) with the Psychology Board of Australia and be a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor. An area of practice endorsement – educational and developmental psychology and/or clinical psychology and/or counselling psychology would be desirable.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN–EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

What We Offer:
A competitive remuneration package including a salary range of $104,180 - $111,746 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%). A 20% salary loading may be available by negotiation for applicants willing to move to the region and being based in the Port Pirie or Kadina office.
Flexible working arrangements, including part-time work, may be negotiated with the successful applicant to meet business needs.
