What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of spare parts to meet customer demands
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing effective stock control systems
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly fulfilling orders and resolving any issues or queries
- Analyzing sales data and inventory trends to make informed decisions about stock levels and ordering
- Ensuring the spare parts department operates efficiently
- Exceptional customer service in selling our products with informative and accurate information for customers demands
What we’re looking for
- Several years of experience in a spare parts or inventory management role, preferably within the motorcycle or power equipment industry
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards
