Overview

This is a fixed term contract role with travel across Arnhem Land to support ALPA's CDP sites. The position does not have a home base and involves living out of a suitcase. The role offers relocation assistance and accommodation arrangements.

Responsibilities

- Travel across Arnhem Land to support Community Development Program (CDP) sites as required, e.g., to cover vacancies during recruitment, cover roles when employees go on annual leave, and provide extra support to sites as needed.
- Build strong relationships with existing employees and community stakeholders.
- Immerse yourself in remote Aboriginal communities and contribute to positive outcomes through CDP activities.

Requirements / Qualifications

- Flexible, adventurous and adaptable; ability to travel and work in remote locations.
- Ability to build strong relationships with staff and community members.
- Eligible to work in Australia with full working rights; valid Australian driver's licence.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks as required.
