* Managing full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles
* Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and coordinate recruitment activities
* Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring teams throughout the selection process
* Drafting and managing job advertisements across platforms
* Preparing employment offers and associated documentation while ensuring compliance with company standards
