Are you someone who enjoys variety in your workday and is comfortable switching between admin tasks and hands‑on duties? We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator/Production Operator to join a small, supportive team based at Mackay Harbour.

This is a casual ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Role Details:

* Location: Mackay Harbour
* Employment Type: Casual ongoing (Temp-to-Perm)
* Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
* Pay Rate: $37.59/hr + penalties

Key Responsibilities:

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. While administrative work forms the core of the role, you will also assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks, light manual labour, and basic maintenance activities.

You will be responsible for:

* General administrative duties
* Customer communication and order support
* Processing purchase orders
* Basic data entry and document management
* Assisting operational staff in daily site activities
* Occasional hands‑on work and light maintenance support
* Providing support during shipping periods (including occasional night shift 2–3 times per year)

What we’re looking for:

* Previous administration experience (SAP experience highly regarded)
* Good computer skills, including Excel
* Willingness to work occasional night shift during shipping periods
* Physically fit and comfortable performing some manual labour
* Willing to assist with hands‑on operational and maintenance tasks
* Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
