As we scale, our systems, data and processes need to scale with us — and that's where you come in.About the RoleThis is a Technical Business Analyst position, ideal for someone who enjoys both technical troubleshooting and understanding how operational and IT processes work in real life.You'll support staff across our production floor, logistics, and admin teams — working with everything from PCs and network issues to plant-floor devices, automated equipment interfaces, and scanning/traceability systems to refine and optimize systems.You'll also help analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, develop insights and contribute to improvements across our manufacturing-style operation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide frontline IT support across hardware, software, network, and business systemsTroubleshoot and maintain devices used in manufacturing-style environments (scanners, handhelds, PCs on the production floor, printers, PLC-connected devices, etc.)Support laundry management systems and associated operational technology Work closely with operations to understand production workflows and identify improvement opportunities Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to support operational decisionsDocument key processes, SOPs, and system workflowsCoordinate with external IT providers when requiredManage access, security controls, and asset registers Contribute to systems upgrades, integrations, automation initiatives, and digital improvement projectsAbout YouYou're practical, proactive, and comfortable working in a manufacturing-style environment where uptime, reliability, and process flow matter.We'd love to hear from you if you:Have experience in IT Support/Business Analyst roles within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or similar operational settings Understand production environments, scanning/traceability systems, and workflow-based tech Can confidently troubleshoot Windows, networks, hardware, and common business applications Are comfortable working with teams on the production floor as well as in the office Have an analytical mindset and can map processes end-to-end Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff Have experience with industry standard data systems Enjoy the variety of a hands-on, fast-moving environmentWhy Join PAL?
