We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR function nationally. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with strong leadership capability, a solid working knowledge of the SCHADS Award, a sound understanding of NDIS and employment compliance, and a genuine passion for supporting both people and organisational growth.
As our HR Manager, you will:
* Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to deliver HR initiatives that scale and have real impact.
* Drive compliance and interpretation of the SCHADS Award, NDIS requirements, and employment legislation.
* Build strong HR systems, policies, and procedures to support engagement, retention, and operational stability.
* Lead complex investigations, manage performance and disciplinary processes, and build manager capability to strengthen accountability and workplace culture.
* Use HR data to inform decisions, improve reporting, and optimise HRIS systems.
* Support workforce wellbeing, WorkCover, and return-to-work programs.
We're looking for a confident, pragmatic HR professional who can coach leaders, translate complex legislation into practical guidance, and implement people solutions that stick.
Essentials:
* Tertiary HR qualification or equivalent.
* Strong generalist HR experience, including ER/IR, award interpretation, and HR systems.
* Demonstrated experience within the NDIS or disability sector.
* Solid knowledge of the SCHADS Award.
