Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365

We're looking for a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team, focusing on Dynamics 365 CE and Portals. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing technical support, writing and maintaining code, testing and analyzing systems, and working in an agile sprint environment.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 CE and Portals
2. Write and maintain code for various applications
3. Test and analyze systems to ensure optimal performance
4. Work collaboratively as part of an agile sprint team
Your Profile:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and customer Portals
* Strong experience with customization, configuration, and development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
* Knowledge of data and system integration using APIs, RESTful services, and other methods
* Experience working in agile sprints
