Job Description
As a Carpentry Apprentice, you will gain practical experience, develop key skills, and receive full support to grow within the modular construction industry.
- Assist in manufacturing and assembling modular buildings using modern techniques.
- Develop practical skills working alongside experienced tradespeople in a factory environment.
- Complete formal off-the-job training with registered training organisations.
- Follow all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and complete relevant induction training.
- Take instruction effectively and perform general labour tasks as required.
- Maintain good attendance, reliability, and contribute positively to a team-focused culture of quality and safety.

What happens next?
The Fleetwood recruitment team will review your application and contact you to discuss the opportunities further. We will be hosting open days in October 2025 and will invite suitable applicants to attend. At these events, you’ll meet our management team, gain a deeper understanding of what to expect from an apprenticeship with us, tour our manufacturing facilities, and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. We will begin making apprenticeship offers to suitable applicants for a start in November 2025, or January 2026 to accommodate school leavers.
