Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to oversee our ASHMORE location. This role involves managing daily operations, leading a team, driving sales, and cultivating strong relationships with both retail customers and B2B accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership: Inspire, guide, and manage a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve store goals.
* Customer Account Management: Drive sales growth by developing strategies for both retail and commercial accounts, nurturing relationships with key business clients.
* Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, including stock management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring that product displays are appealing and well‑organized.
* Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail management, exposure to B2B preferred but not essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Proficiency in retail software and point‑of‑sale systems.
