Part-time ongoing role, 40 hours per fortnight. Provide children with extended learning, fun and leisure experiences.
Responsibilities
As the OSHC Service Leader you will oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of our Portland North OSHC. You will drive quality, sustainability, and service delivery. You will support your team to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework, taking our OSHC programs to the next level.

Qualifications
You're known for your advocacy and passion for high-quality OSHC programs and have a track record in supporting and leading people.
You will also bring with you:
- An ACECQA approved qualification (check your qualification here).
- Demonstrated organisational skills to juggle competing priorities and manage timelines.
- Experience in people management, supervision, performance management and administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills with sound ability to write professional work instructions.
- Robust understanding of OSHC operational requirements, including demonstrated knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
