Permanent administration job based in Ipswich for a waste management conglomerate
**Your new company**
This business provides waste management services to the greater Ipswich and Brisbane region. They specialise across a range of hazardous waste materials and offer services including contaminated soil testing, hazardous industrial waste, general waste, quarantine waste and resource recovery. **Your new role**
You will provide administration support to various teams within the site, with duties including:
- Maintaining records in operating system
- Supplier invoices, managing debtors and reconciliations
- Payroll tasks
- Month-end processing, plant tracking, reporting, and data integrity
- Handing clients/customers enquires, including customer service for weighbridge operations
- Assist with health, safety, environment and quality administration
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have previous administration experience, including accounts payable/receivable. Experience in the heavy vehicle industry, logistics or waste management will be advantageous. You will have a high level of problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to work autonomously and in a small team environment.
