As part of our continued growth and refinement, we are looking for experienced and passionate professional Chefs to join our team across various roles. Our Venues: La Louisiane, Tarantino's, Anchovy Bandit, Bandit Pizza and Wine, The Stag Public House & Bottega Bandito.
About You
We are seeking candidates who are service-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a structured and high-pressure environment. You will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable, elevated service.
Work with our amazing chef team, including leading Chefs (Shane Wilson, Michael Henderson, Antonio Pruner, Alexis Besseau & Jasna Whiting), in delivering our products in the best light possible! Work to execute our menu, control costs, and progress the team, to create and deliver experiences that exceed customer expectations.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- The ability to think on your feet.
- Relevant experience and a passion for learning.
- Available for evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
All roles require demonstrated capability in the following areas:
- Be a part of the team, preparing, cooking & plating dishes to highest standards, with precision & timeliness.
- Assist our management team in coaching junior staff.
- Assist the team to manage financial KPI's such as cost of goods.
- Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, organised and service-ready kitchen & venue.
- Work with our FOH to deliver an excellent guest experience, resolving any challenges.
- Good communication and effective time management skills.
- Keeping customers happy and coming back!
Specialised Duties (as applicable to role)
In addition to general duties, specialised staff may perform the following:
- Prepare dough
- Operate wood-oven
