As our Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how companies manage their cash, ensuring client satisfaction and empowerment through our innovative solutions.
You will be a vital part of our early team, directly influencing the success and growth of finance teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations systems management & onboarding: Configure and optimise our platform’s information systems to support efficient service delivery. Implement and maintain robust data management processes.
2. Regulatory compliance & risk management: Oversee and enhance KYC/AML processes within our information systems. Develop and maintain documentation of compliance procedures.
3. Knowledge management & training: Design and develop comprehensive knowledge bases and educational resources. Create user guides, training materials, and documentation to support effective product use.
4. Strategic process analysis: Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions and process improvements. Develop metrics and reporting systems to track performance.
5. Business process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Design and implement improved workflows and information management practices.
