Responsibilities
* Greet customers and assess their service needs
* Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles
* Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs
* Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
* Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction
