About the Opportunity
* The Team Lead Bran Nue Dae is responsible for leading a high-performing team and delivering outstanding care support services across various programs.
The role combines leadership with hands-on Care Coordinator responsibilities, including client intake assessment, care planning and ongoing service monitoring. The Team Lead ensures a culturally safe, person-centred service that promotes wellbeing, independence and community connection.
2. Promote a positive team culture that encourages excellence and collaboration.
3. Oversee compliance management to ensure robust data gathering and accountability across all stakeholders.
4. Support complaint resolution processes, promoting open communication and empathy.
5. Optimise revenue streams for the centre, ensuring income alignment with relevant contracts and guidelines.
6. Proactively promote services within the local and wider community, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
