**Supporting a key asset and your team with a range of administrative and coordination activity**:

We are looking for a highly organised, and experienced administrator to join Stockland and be part of our Asset Management team, part of the wider Commercial Property team. Based at our Macquarie Park site, this role will be providing administrative and coordination support to both a key asset and your team.
**About the role**
Drawing on your experience and skills, you'll be contributing to the effective operation of the team through the provision of efficient and effective administrative and coordination of business activities and to the development and delivery of business initiatives by creating a sustainable competitive advantage. Building trust and rapport quickly and effectively will see you succeed in this role.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Manage the monthly billing and debtor collection process for the asset, (including urgent dispute resolution and minimising unallocated cash)
- Provide day to day administrative and support requirements for the Asset Management team, including assessing incoming enquiries and correspondence, determining priorities and undertake other activities as required, such as preparing reports and providing information to Head Office and liaising with contractors and tenants to assist the Asset Management team
- Act as point of contact for the properties for accounts payable and debtor control
- Supplier setup and management of invoices and credits, raising and receipting purchase orders for the team
- Build effective records and management of files and ensure correct file location by identifying, classifying, and archiving under the direction of the team
**About you**
- An experienced administrator from a similar background supporting an asset or real estate or property management services would be preferable but open to considering other industries
- Understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes
- Financial management literacy and analytical, numerical skills
- Though not essential, experience or knowledge of SAP/Salesforce would be highly advantageous but will have sound knowledge across the MS Office Suite and record management system experience
- Strong attention to detail and well developed inter-personal and communication skills
- Highly organised, strong sense of initiative, exercises discretion and a proactive approach
