Job Description:
* Prepare planning advice, development applications and reports
* Attend meetings and consultation sessions
* Work closely with senior leaders to achieve project outcomes
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage development applications and planning advice
* Draft planning reports, policy submissions and responses to authority information requests
* Provide recommendations on planning matters and support resolution of issues in a team environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in town planning or a related field
* Strong knowledge of development assessment and environmental planning legislation
* Degree in town planning or currently studying
* Technical understanding of statutory controls and relevant Acts
