About the role – Warehouse and Manufacturing Manager
The successful candidate will lead operations at our Epping site. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys working closely with their team, and has strong experience in warehouse operations, production planning, and people management. Occasional travel to our Bangholme site may be required.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing, responsibilities include:
1. Manage daily warehouse and manufacturing operations at the Epping site.
2. Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of warehouse and production staff.
3. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines.
4. Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and stock management.
5. Oversee goods receiving, storage, dispatch, and logistics coordination.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing management.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills – a natural role model.
* Excellent knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and warehousing practices.
* Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure.
* Forklift license and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems are highly regarded.
