We are a leading provider of services to the NDIS, with a multi-disciplinary approach tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of our participants and their families.
Our team is growing, and we would love to welcome a skilled Occupational Therapist in the Eastern Suburbs or Inner West areas. Full-time or part-time roles available.
In this role, you will manage a complex caseload, working with NDIS participants and their families. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including external stakeholders, provide clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to junior Clinicians and students. You will also attend supervision and CPD training sessions, contribute to, and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist • At least 4 years of clinical experience, including experience working with NDIS participants • Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students
