Your Role

As a Store Manager, you will be part of a diverse workforce with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will have opportunities for professional development and access to generous salary tax-free benefits.
An experienced Store Manager is needed at our store in Wollongong Crown Street, who can implement effective strategies to drive team and sales performance.
You will utilise your knowledge and experience to generate customers' interest in our products and build positive connections with the community, contributing to the success of our services.


Your Responsibilities

1. Lead, grow and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to every customer, every time.
3. Embed operational and visual merchandise standards.
4. Meet and exceed sales and KPI performance of the store.
5. Champion the voice of the donor by upholding high standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement.
6. BUILD AND SUPPORT THE VOLUNTEER WORKFORCE AND ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
7. Role-model a 'safety first' culture in store.
8. Use our mission and values to inform decision-making and act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.

You Will Need

* Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail.
* Strong leadership skills; good fashion sense.
* Strong focus on customer experience.
* Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training, and coaching.
* Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive the team towards meeting sales targets.
