Casual Support Worker – Northern Territory (Flexible Hours)
We are looking for caring, reliable Casual Support Workers to join our supportive team in the Northern Territory.
This role is highly flexible, whether you're looking for more hours or fewer, we'll work with you to tailor shifts around your lifestyle.

About the Role
You'll be supporting mature‑aged participants to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Shifts may include community access, personal care, transport, and in‑home supports.
Some participants require PEG feeding, so experience in this area is highly desirable (training and support provided where needed).
What We're Looking For
* Full Australian driver's licence
* Confident driving wheelchair‑accessible vans
* Experience (or willingness to learn) PEG feeding
* Experience working with mature‑aged participants
* Kind, patient, and reliable nature
* Strong communication skills

* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Commission Worker Orientation Training Modules
* Manual Handling Training (or willingness to obtain)
* Certificate III Individual Supports (highly desirable, or willingness to obtain)
