Project Manager - Construction Services
About the Role
This is a key leadership position that oversees diverse project scopes across various sectors, including water service projects, structural steel, concrete remediation, and blast & paint works. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage onsite coordination of trade effort
* Coordinate and supervise trades personnel on projects from set up to completion
* Ensure safety and compliance of the workforce
* Implement relevant SWMS, Permits, Isolations and Controls to ensure team safety
* Quality assurance in accordance with quality management processes and documentation
* Manage and capture workforce hours and productivity
* Stock control, procurement, and inventory for direct works on site
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Positive leadership qualities with a drive to create a strong team environment
* Experience with water industry projects, steel structures, mechanical, and blast & paint
* Trade certification and/or construction qualifications
* Experience in construction, remediation, and refurbishment projects
* Positive conflict resolution, communication, and influencing skills
