Location: This position reports to the National Sales Manager Medical and is part of the medical team located in New South Wales or Victoria and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Conduct demonstrations and support clinical trials as necessary - Responsible for selling LMS products into medical Industry - Facilitate the sales activities and monitor sales performance of customer base - Monitor competitive activities and customer response and provide feedback to management - Seek new opportunities to grow the medical business The essential requirements of the job include: - Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with medical capital equipment within Neurosurgical environment (particularly in Neurosurgery and Theatres), either in a sales capacity or a supporting capacity - In-depth understanding of the medical and healthcare system, with experience engaging with Hospital staff, Surgeons, Nurses, Biomedical Engineering and Procurement - Outstanding sales and negotiation skills, with positive attitude towards learning. - Degree qualified in Nursing, Science, Engineering or related discipline - Fluent in English written and oral Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role - Ability to travel - 40% travel, overnight, within territory or locations - Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record - Ability to lift, move or carry equipment It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Hands-on technical experience with surgical microscopes in Neurosurgery and Theatres Join our winning team today.
