Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffees and specialty beverages.
* Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
* Assist with light food preparation and restocking of display cabinets.
* Operate POS systems and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all café areas in accordance with food safety standards.
* Follow daily opening and closing procedures.
* Monitor stock levels and report low supplies to management.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 6 months’ experience as a barista in a café or hospitality environment.
* Proficient in coffee machine operation and grinder calibration.
* Strong communication and multitasking skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* A positive attitude and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
