Overview
Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital supporting a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. The hospital is part of Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD), which provides a range of public health services to the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Region. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse committed to delivering optimal outcomes for patients, clients, and carers through evidence-based best practices and timely escalation of care when required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a collaborative approach, working effectively within a multidisciplinary health team to plan, implement, assess, and evaluate patient care, and will provide culturally sensitive care, including for Indigenous and multicultural backgrounds, particularly during specialised procedures.

What You Will Bring To The Role
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Ability to organise and prioritise work
- Experience in providing person-centred care
- Excellent high-level communication skills – written and verbal
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Recent clinical experience in Perioperative Nursing as a registered nurse (including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience)
