Role Summary
* Full-time permanent role
* 38hrs per Week
* S.C.H.A.D.S. Industry Award – Level 3 - 4, based on experience

The multifaceted role of Quality Officer / WHS Facilitator / ICT Administrator has become available within our Quality and Safety Team. This unique opportunity involves a combination of front-facing customer service with internal/external stakeholders as well as backend compliance and IT administration. Quality Assurance, Risk Management and Workplace Health and Safety is central to this position alongside with managing and maintaining ICT services and equipment. Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
* Develop and review organisational policies, procedures and work practices in line with legislative requirements.
* Review and ensure current operational requirements under the N.D.I.S. Quality and Safeguards Commission, including Restrictive Practices, comply with current legislation.
* Support the Organisation’s ongoing N.D.I.S. registration requirements by implementing internal and external auditing as per the audit schedule.
* Maintain Organisation document control systems, system records and databases as required and recommend improvements to systems and procedures.
* Ensure Emergency Evacuation plans are maintained and current across all ARC locations.
* Maintain Incident Management Register ensuring timely processing of incidents and actions.
* Carry out scheduled site inspections across all ARC locations to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and standards.
* Maintain a schedule of I.C.T Lifespan and Licences in accordance with the Asset Register, reporting on future replacements, renewals and upgrade opportunities.
* Assist with gathering information on recommended providers for communication software, mobile devices, internet and data services.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
* Working knowledge of the N.D.I.S and Quality and Safeguards Commission, including Restrictive Practices.
* Demonstrated understanding of external and internal auditing processes.
* Experience with implementing/maintaining Quality Assurance systems.
* An ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and identify solutions.
* Demonstrated experience of implementing and upholding Risk Management systems and processes.
* Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Compliance Risk Management or equivalent role (desirable).
* High level of understanding of WHS legislation and standards.
* Strong understanding of current Information, Communication and Technology hardware, software, devices and best business practices
* General asset maintenance experience
* Minimum of 1 Year experience in information, communications and technology or equivalent role (desirable)
* Working with Children Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screen
* Current QLD Drivers licence, registered motor vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
