We offer our clients comprehensive services from design through to construction of the complete project.
An experienced sales professional is required to join our team within our Coffs Harbour office. This role involves regular travel across the region to cover an area from Coffs Harbour to Lismore and Tamworth. Training will be provided.
* Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships
* Identifying and accessing potential opportunities diligently, ensuring continuous sales pipeline growth
* Understanding contract standard requirements and ensuring proposals comply
* Providing excellent customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving, conflict handling and complaints resolution
* Staying up-to-date with product development
The ideal candidate must be a collaborative and solution-focused sales professional with a company growth mindset.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A trade background demonstrating knowledge of the construction process
* Previous experience in commercial building estimating
* Excellent presentation skills with strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Thorough knowledge of all facets of commercial and industrial building sales
* Knowledge and understanding of council requirements
* Product knowledge of steel frame buildings
* Precast concrete knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency with computer use
