About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Manager to lead our team at our Tamworth site. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of governance compliance, Health & Safety policies, and industry accreditations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the management team by ensuring compliance with legal requirements, Company Health & Safety policies, and industry accreditations.
* Managing external security, catering, and cleaning contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on KPIs and supplier performance.
* Developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
* Collaborating with multiple departments and third-party contractors to achieve set targets and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, experience in facilities management, and knowledge of legislative compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in auditing and risk assessment.
