**Job Title:** Procurement Excellence Leader
About the Role
The Procurement Excellence Leader will spearhead icare's supplier and contract strategy to drive value, sustainability, and compliance with NSW Government standards.
* Lead contract management for key categories (ICT, Corporate, Goods & Services) to achieve optimal results.
* Establish reporting standards and embed processes for managing strategic suppliers, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Develop and lead a high-performing contract management team to enhance capabilities and productivity.
* Promote organisation-wide contract management skills and best practices through training and development initiatives.
* Advise senior leaders on commercial strategy, risk, and supplier performance to inform decision-making.
* Oversee strategic contracts to drive innovation, value, and sustainability, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Resolve disputes and complex performance issues in a fair and timely manner, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
* Improve contract outcomes, supplier relationships, and value for icare through continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide recommendations on renewals, consolidation, and KPI/SLA improvements to enhance overall performance.
* Foster sector relationships across NSW Government and industry to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
