Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned chef to oversee our kitchen on designated days off. As part of a creative team, you will assist with menu planning and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
* Assist the head chef with menu planning and preparation.
* Oversee kitchen operations on designated days off.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and work ethic skills, trade qualifications, and experience in a la carte dining. They must also have full working rights in Australia and hold a valid National Police Check.
