Facilitator, Leadership & Performance Programs

We’re seeking a skilled Facilitator to deliver our advanced learning experiences to audiences across Australia. This role involves extensive travel to multiple locations, engaging directly with teams across the country.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Facilitate dynamic, outcome-focused workshops across leadership development, complex sales, and stakeholder influence.
- Translate behavioural science insights into practical, easy-to-use tools for participants.
- Engage with a range of participants including senior leaders and executives, creating safe yet challenging learning environments.
- Bring creativity, energy, and storytelling to learning experiences, ensuring messages stick.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops or programs for corporate or executive audiences.
- Solid understanding of leadership, coaching, or sales enablement.
- Confidence in presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of behavioural economics, psychology, or decision-making frameworks (advantageous).
- A degree in finance, business, or a related field, or extensive leadership experience within banking is desired.
- Ability to balance professional credibility with engaging delivery (bonus if you can weave in humour or storytelling).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Australia.
