Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.# About the roleRecruitment-focused HR role managing hiring, onboarding, data and leader support while building strong relationships across the business.We're on the lookout for a driven HR Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment whilst also supporting key HR processes that keep our business running smoothly.**What you'll be doing**This is a recruitment-heavy role with real ownership and variety. You'll partner closely with leaders across the business to attract, hire and onboard top talent.Key focus areas include:* Leading end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles (with a strong focus on skilled trades)* Managing onboarding and candidate experience from offer to day one throughout probation* Supporting immigration and visa processes for temporary and permanent employees* Maintaining accurate employee data and workflows in Workday* Supporting leaders with performance processes (probation, annual reviews)* Providing generalist HR support across employee lifecycle activities* Contributing to HR reporting and projects as neededYou'll also stay connected with our Service Centres across Australia, building strong relationships and ensuring HR is visible, practical and value-adding.**What we're looking for**You're someone who enjoys being in the detail but also thrives on building relationships and influencing outcomes.* 2–3 years' experience in HR and/or recruitment* Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes* Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels* Highly organised with strong time management skills* Comfortable working across systems (experience with Workday highly regarded)* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset# What we offer you* Performance-based bonus that genuinely rewards impact* Company phone & laptop* Employee Assistance Program to support your wellbeing* Global organisation with strong career development opportunities* 12 month contract role with an intension to move to permSulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
