Enjoy the Journey Description Reporting to the Head of R&D and R&D Manager, key responsibilities include but not limited to: Support the exciting creation of deliciously healthy products through working with both internal and external R&D projects from ideation to commercialisation. Building strong relationships with external manufacturers of goods and leading all external R&D projects from ideation to commercialisation. Help to improve our great range through collaboratively working on optimisation projects, with marketing, category, procurement and quality assurance teams. Assist with prototype development, kitchen, factory and packing trials of ready made meals. Documentation of recipe creation, sensory evaluation and recipe database. Maintenance and assessment of raw material specifications / Product Information Forms. Create finished product specifications for our exciting new R&D. Enjoy working within cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment. Ensure our food looks amazing through assisting with organising and preparing samples for sensory evaluations and product photography. Skills & Experience: Degree qualifications in Bachelor of Science - Food Science/ Technology or equivalent 1-2 years experience in a similar role within the food industry Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once with different stakeholders.
