About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team in Thomastown VIC as a Packing Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for packaging goods from tube winding or re-cutting machines, repetitive lifting of cardboard cores weighing between 1–10 kg, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
* Packaging goods from tube winding or re-cutting machines.
* Repetitive lifting of cardboard cores weighing between 1–10 kg.
* Assisting an experienced machine operator as needed.
* Performing in-process inspections in line with quality procedures.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills.
* Previous experience in process or production work is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to lift up to 10 kg repeatedly.
* Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
