Transformation Lead Opportunity
This stimulating opportunity involves overseeing all phases of a major systems analysis and digital transformation initiative. As Transformation Lead, you will coordinate project teams, manage risks, and develop key artefacts to inform future technology investments.
Key Responsibilities
* Initiation and Planning - Team formation, stakeholder identification, governance setup, and project planning.
* Current State Assessment - Conducting system health assessments, process mapping, and analysis of existing technology environments.
* Future State Design - Facilitating workshops, identifying improvement opportunities, conducting feasibility analysis, and developing future state artefacts and business cases.
* Executive Engagement - Preparing and presenting formal executive papers to secure endorsement and funding for the proposed transformation program.
The project will be delivered in four key stages, requiring strong project governance frameworks, stakeholder management, and risk control. You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across all stages, providing regular progress reports and updates to key stakeholders.
