Based in Sydney, you'll provide a combination of remote and onsite support across centres within your region, helping our teams deliver exceptional patient care through reliable technology solutions.Reporting to the **Head of IT Operations**, you'll be part of a collaborative national technology team working closely with Cloud, Cyber Security, Data and Infrastructure specialists to support business-critical systems and technology initiatives.# **About the Role**As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be the trusted face of IT for our centre teams, providing Level 2 support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring our systems remain secure, reliable, and operational.This role is primarily remote, with regular travel to dental centres across your region for incident response, maintenance, technology health checks, and project support.
