The Role – Business Manager
We are seeking a driven and professional Business Manager to join our high-performing, multi-franchise sales team at our Gosford site.
This is a front-end, customer-focused role where you'll work closely with our sales team to convert hot showroom customers — no cold calling, customers are already here you just need to convert, take application and make it happen.
What You'll Be Doing
* Selling and arranging finance, insurance and warranty products for retail customers
* Being an integral part of the end-to-end sales process across multiple brands
* Completing finance applications, approvals and settlements efficiently and accurately
* Presenting and explaining finance, insurance and protection products in a clear, compliant way
* Maintaining accreditations and strong relationships with leading finance providers
* Clearly explaining product features, benefits, terms and conditions
* Achieving KPIs and performance targets in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience
* Previous automotive experience is preferred, however strong finance or financial-services experience is essential
* A genuine passion for sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Solid understanding of finance, insurance and aftermarket products
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple applications at once
* Comfortable with computer systems and open to learning new platforms
* Professional, discreet and trustworthy in handling sensitive information
* Highly motivated, target-driven and rewarded by performance
* A "hunter" mindset — proactive, competitive and hungry to close every opportunity
