Business Operations Leader
This multifaceted role acts as the non-clinical operations lead, striking a balance between business efficiency and deep team support.
Culture People Leadership: Champion a supportive workplace culture by providing open-door guidance to staff and navigating sensitive personnel issues.
HR Staff Development: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and WHS while driving retention strategies, employee wellbeing initiatives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Operational Management: Lead day-to-day operations of finance, administration, IT, and facility management, ensuring the clinical team has the necessary resources to succeed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels. They will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of tasks and projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement new policies and procedures, and to provide coaching and mentoring to staff members.
