We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Strata Community Manager to join our team.
As a Strata Community Manager, you together with your own dedicated assistant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of strata management, including maintenance and repairs, financial management, and compliance with the relevant legislation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding everything strata related.
- Preparation and attendance at general meetings and when required council meetings
- Experience in strata management preferred but not essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of strata laws, by-laws, and regulations desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to workflexible hours, including some early evenings.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
