About the role:This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday.As our new Childcare Permanent Educator, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
You will support and guide children's learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector.
As an Educator with Journey Early Learning, you will be supported by your Centre Leadership Team, as you learn the fundamental skills of being an inspired Educator within the Journey family.Key Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesFacilitatelearning experiences for your allocated group of childrenAssisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests, and preferencesDesign and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program.Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environmentAbout you:You are creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines.
You will be a collaborative member of the team, working to build strong relationships with educators, children, and families.Key skills and requirements:An ACECQA recognised Certificate III or higherExperience leading and developing age specific programs and routinesAn approved Working with Children Check - Blue CardCurrent Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid CertificatesWho are we?
