This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, coordinating return-to-work matters, and supporting positive recovery and business outcomes.About the Role Managing an established portfolio of clients, you will deliver professional Return to Work and Injury Management services designed to support safe, timely, and sustainable recovery outcomes while enhancing overall client experience.Acting as the key coordination point between injured workers, employers, insurers, treating practitioners, and rehabilitation providers, you will proactively manage claims and RTW processes from early intervention through to resolution.Key responsibilitiesManaging return-to-work and injury management services across a portfolio of clientsCoordinating early intervention, claims triage, and RTW strategiesDeveloping and maintaining Return to Work PlansLiaising with injured workers, employers, insurers, treating practitioners, and rehabilitation providersMonitoring claims progression, return-to-work barriers, and suitable duties programsPreparing client reports and supporting overall service outcomesBuilding strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholdersSupporting growth opportunities across existing and new client relationshipsEnsuring compliance, service standards, and internal procedures are metProviding professional support to clients and internal stakeholdersWhat's on OfferJoin a purpose-driven organisation with a strong growth mindsetEstablished client portfolio with opportunity to expand servicesSupportive leadership and collaborative team environmentOngoing professional development and trainingFlexible and dynamic work environmentEmployee benefits including income protection and overseas travel insuranceAbout You You will bring:Experience in return to work, injury management, occupational rehabilitation, or workers compensationStrong understanding of workers compensation claims processes (0-52 weeks) and RTW principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approachAbility to manage competing priorities and sensitive stakeholder mattersConfidence working within compliance frameworks and service standardsA genuine passion for supporting positive recovery and return-to-work outcomesDesired Skills and Experience RTW, workers compensation or rehabilitation consulting experience required.
