Our organisation is seeking a skilled Sales and Design Professional to join our team. As a member of our retail sales team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on Stratco products.
About the Opportunity
This full-time position involves working with our retail team, reporting to the Store Manager, and interacting with customers face-to-face, by email, and over the phone. You will be responsible for designing and selling Stratco products, handling inbound telephone sales and order processing, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing expert advice on Stratco products and services
* Designing and selling Stratco products to meet customer needs
* Handling inbound telephone sales and order processing
* Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a drive to meet sales targets, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
