Return to Work Coordinator - 3 Month Contract
$***** per hour (incl. super) | Full-Time | Immediate Start
We're seeking an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join a collaborative, supportive team on a full-time, 3-month contract starting ASAP.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting employee wellbeing and managing injury cases to achieve safe and timely return-to-work outcomes.
You'll also contribute to promoting a positive workplace culture by delivering health and wellbeing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation cases, including complex and psychological matters.
Support injured or ill employees and their managers through the return-to-work process.
Develop and implement tailored return-to-work strategies in line with legislation.
Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external providers.
Promote and deliver health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
The ideal candidate
Has experience in workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work coordination.
Possesses a strong understanding of relevant legislation and injury management processes.
Is an excellent communicator with proven stakeholder engagement skills.
Holds a qualification in occupational health and safety, health, nursing, or a related discipline, OR has equivalent experience.
Has an allied health background (desirable).
