* Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology MRM, DAM workflow tools, and other relevant platforms
* Support the implementation of best practices and standardised procedures for campaign planning, execution, and measurement
* Work closely with other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
* Support and provide guidance to stakeholders to proactively develop, manage, and maintain a compliance framework

* Project management, including forward-looking business planning and agile project management
* Experience in managing complex projects related to digital transformations, process quality assurance, and risk management
* Expertise in building journey flows, process mapping, and document writing
* Leadership and delivery of complex projects with multiple stakeholders
